Actual availability is an indicator that characterizes the ability to provide a service as a percentage over a certain period of time.
To calculate the indicator in general, the following formula is used:
- Avb= ((PUM-UOM)/PUM) * 100%
- PUM (Potential User Minutes) – the total time of the service.
- UOM (User Outage Minutes) – total downtime.
